Fun(d) Raising
Fundraising is necessary and can be fun, but above all else, seek the Kingdom of God first; use what He provides for His sake, to glorify Him, not you. Here are some of the ways to raise funds:
Community support - We cannot emphasize this enough, having the backing of the local churches and community is HUGE. Share the vision of your club with local churches, pray it over, and let God supply your needs.
Clothing Sales - Students love school related clothing. Come up with a cool logo or design for your club, find a t-shirt screening company that is affordable, and you are set. Our best advice is to keep your design simple, yet have a message. Clothing adds to the club identity; and what better way to "advertise" your club in the public!
Below are some examples of designs done by Redbank Valley's Bible Club.
Bake Sales – Most schools have an annual open house: Use that opportunity to set up a table in the lobby, make some baked goods, and have a bake sale. You not only make a few dollars, but get a chance to talk about your club, and meet and greet community members.
Rubber Bracelet Sales - Come up with a Bible club brand rubber bracelet. You can find a bulk supply for 24 cents a piece and sell them for a dollar. Use the surplus as give aways or prizes at club meetings!
Bible Club Open House – Hold a student-run "Bible club" for community members. Make it a community wide event; invite people to come see what happens in your Bible club. You can have refreshments and take a collection at the end.
Other - There are countless, creative ways to raise funds. Please share your ideas, successes, and failures below:

So don’t worry about these things, saying, "What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?" These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
– Matthew 6:31-33
